Carrageenan:
Carrageenan is a natural plant gel--marine algae polysaccharoses made from the eucheuma cottonii. It is a kind a hydrocolloid, white, odorless and easy to solve in water . It has characteristics of heatreserrsibilily, gelling, thickening, emulsifying and stablizing.
Usage:
Thickener, stablizer, gelling agents. It can also be used in production of jelly, meat products,medicine, and chemicals of daily use.
